Hi there everyone! I found the forum more or less by chance, browsed through it and got stuck. 
I'm st4rbucks, 30 years of age, currently residing in Austria and female. I am road biker (riding a Cube and a Wilier), also love my Fixie and planning to get my first ever mountainbike this winter.
Other women buy shoes, I do buy bikes. I have seven and I don't see me stopping here. A total addict.
Looking forward to interesting topics and discussions!

and welcome. I did the semester abroad thing in Wien in 1973. I loved it, and
I loved Austria. Say, do you have a recipe for Salzburgerknocklern? I may have spelled it wrong, it's been a while.

Although I am not Austrian, but Swedish/German I know one:
Mix
4 egg whites with
80 g sugar and
1 pinch of salt
so that it becomes whipped egg whites.
4 egg yolks,
30 g butter,
2 tablespoons flour and one small pack of vanilla sugar
fold in the whipped egg whites to the egg yolks.
form the "nockerln" from this dough, place it on an ovenproof dish and put it in the oven. 10 to 15 minutes with 200°c.
Mix
