Problems with my Fenix P2D...?

I bought a P1D almost a year ago, and loved it, except for the runtime, so I bought a P2D.

I'm having some problems with the P2D, however. Every five minutes it shuts itself off, and when I go into turbo mode, it flickers badly - not the strobe, just flickering.... and one battery was 'eaten' by the light, it has literally 0 volts.

Thoughts?

Call Fenix they'll have some suggestions which may even include returning it for a new one or a free repair. They've been really good helping me out with my flashlight related problems.
