With you lot complaining about winter, I thought I'd share our forecast for today - 41C ... that's 106 F.
Yes, I do have to ride the bike to work (that Jamis from another thread).
No, I'm not riding back up Flagstaff Hill in the heat of the day, I'm parking on the flats and riding in.
I think I'll take it quietly today, the land speed record can rest easy for a bit.

By Thursday our high will be about -19C (-2F). I can put on enough clothes to ride in that. I am not sure I can take off enough clothes to ride in 106F!

Our short cold spell is over for the time being. Actually got to mid 40's today but still enough thick ice at the edges of the road to say it is not riding weather. Couple that with the 30mph winds and It was definitely a day to be at work.
Don't envy your ride though. I'm still in Long John mode and it may be just a bit too warm--Still- think of the weight loss of 20 miles up that hill

Never ridden in temps over 100F but I'm willing to give it a try.
Hot temps =
Cold temps = Too cold to even go outside!
