'03 Ironhorse SGS Pro shifting problem

I got a new cassette, chain, hanger, and chainring so those arent bent or worn.....but the Shimano Deore XT derailleur is a little old

the problem is, i can't shift into the highest or lowest gears...i've adjusted all the screws in the back of the deraileur (the H and L) but i can't get into the lowest gear in order to test the B screw

any troubleshooting suggestions you can offer me???

if you want me to post some pictures of the alignment or something i can, just ask

Try dialing in the barrel adjusters.
