Nervex lugs?

Do these look like Nervex lugs to you? The bike looks like a typical cheaper road bike 'cept for the lugs, maybe copies?

correct, they are NOT Nervex, but not because the reinforcing rings are missing (legit Nervex Pros can be sans these things) but because they are "wrong as 5 left shoes!", but it's always good to see another example of counterfit Nervex to add to the database.

Nervex actually made a whole bunch of different lugs. Some of them were pretty cheesy and could be found on very low quality bikes.

They are not Nervex Pro, however. (Many people assume all Nervex lugs are the famous Nervex Pro. It ain't so.)

Maybe better as it's own thread in the VVI sub-forum.

To buy it or sell it? In present condition, no more than $20. With new rubber, $20 plus the cost of the rubber. Or whatever your local market will bear.

I agree them lugs can be Nervex, but not as nice as shown below. Fork crown by Vagner. Why flip the bike - it looks good and you need a bad weather ride!

It doesnt say, but it is a sweet frame! and as sad as it sounds Im going to build a SS out of it, the derailleur hanger was cracked and stripped beyond repair....so I hacked it off. what remains are two very nice forged drops that will be the home of a flip flop wheelset.
