back in the saddle again

I have been lazy all winter the only riding I have been doing is with my 7 year old grandaughter.I went for a 15 mi ride yesterday.I was kind of surprised I took it easy but still did it in 1 hour.My legs are a little sore this morning other than that no ill effects life is good.
