goals for this week
Lose 2-3 lbs for the week
Walk work parking lot at least once every day (7 floors - 1.4 miles - 17-20mins)
Get at least one ride in (probably Wednesday)
Unfortunatly I cant get more riding in this week and next as I am heading off on vacation. I am going to have to be extra vigilent next week and make sure I work out at hotel.

I'd like to say that I was a very good boy this week (getting down to 93kg/205lb), but alas I have to admit that I was cheating. A rather nasty stomach bug had me cleaned out at both ends and rather dehydrated.
Back to healthier (ie normal colour pee!) 94.5kg/208lb.
Aim for this week? Get back to training despite still feeling a bit feeble. Hold the current weight.

i'm down about a half pound... (272.5)
my goal at this point is to start attacking those hills to build up my endurance... drink plenty of water, be better behaved when it comes to my diet, and actually go to the gym this week...
i want to do a 40 miler by the end of this week... (i've only done ~25 mile rides so far)

Had a great week. Weighed in yesterday at 198, which meant that I was down 3lbs for the week. That's right, I've fallen below the magical 200lb barrier.
As far as goals for the upcoming week, I won't be doing anything different, that is keeping the sweets out, drink more water, eat more fruit and fibre, and ride every day.
My target weight is going to be in the 190 range so another 8lbs to go and then the job of keeping it there.

What's up? Not my weight! hehehe
I'm just holding steady. I drop a few after a big ride (143 today) and they find me again by the end of the week (145). But that's ok. I'm where I want to be.

I'm up 3 pounds this week-but I ate out on Sunday evening, so I think I'm ok. I should get a couple more rides in this week, so we will see what happens.

I'm back.
I signed up in January and haven't really done anything since... until now.
Goals for this week. Workout 5 days this week. Clean up my diet. Drop 2 pounds. Stick with it.

down to 212, i'll keep my current goal of 210 for next week. . . target weight after everything is said and done 170-180 by the end of the year. i think i am giving myself enough time to do it safely
so 42-32 pounds to lose in 8 months, 5 or so pounds a month, though i know it's more likely to grow after a while once my body gets used to it, and taper off when i get within 20 pounds of my target weight. i should probably have a target body fat percentage than a target weight since i am likely to add muscle over the next 8 months
30 minutes of low intensity cardio every other day till my body gets used to it, regular core exercises as the warm of for the cardio, basic stretching before and after the cardio
less food more often, though i know the drill i'm down from 250 a few years ago, i just keep falling off the wagon as they say and gaining 20 pounds

Shooting for 215.0 (I weighed in at 215.8 yesterday morning, but I know that was on a low swing as I'd been 217.2 the day before, yesterday I hosted a wine and cheese party, tacking at least 1500 calories onto my week, and tomorrow I'm tailgating the US/T&T game), hoping for 214. Mostly recovered from my hard fall last week, would like to hit 180+ outdoor miles and 30 indoor + 6 miles run. Going to add in some mile "sprints" where I push 24-25 mph on the flats (I Know it's slow, but it's a sprint for me).
EDIT: Oh, and down 4.4 lbs in my first two weeks paying attention again. It's too bad I gained 3 pounds when I stopped paying attention

Ok, since I'm not attend WW meeting anymore (but still online) I'll throw in here.
Weight on Saturday was 272.2. I'm down from 310 on 1/1/09.
Goal is 249 by 10/1/09.
Slow and steady. Besides, I want to get at least a season out of the clothes in my closet!
Riding when I can (balance issues since the attack), and swimming three times a week. Also doing core workout and elliptical machine twice a week. Enjoying pedaling around on the weekend. I've droped weight completely for the summer/spring. Will pick them up in the fall again.

243....back to where I was about a month ago...lost the weight I gained back.
BTW.....I hope I haven't screwed this up. I originally signed on as Gordo Grande, but changed my ID to Rip Van Winkle. Maybe I should go back to Gordo Grande just for this thread, huh?
Sorry for the confusion. I'm getting old and senile, and can't keep my identities straight! ;-)

Ok update for week early due to vacation - Only lost 1lb as of today so down to 284. I was able to maintain my goal for the week of walking the carpark every day and was also able to do an 18 mile ride wednesday. Unsure if Im just not eating enoug cals or if the chinese after cycle negated it (tried to stay lo carb per diet).

I managed to drop 2.2 pounds this week, and ride about 30 miles, which for me is the most for one week yet. My goal for the next couple of weeks is going to be to ride at least 30 miles each week. And of course to continue to drop weight, at least 1 pound a week, preferably more.
