Best place to buy Brooks saddle in the U.S.A.

Yesterday was my birthday, and even though I don't need a saddle, I believe I deserve one. I want to give the leather saddle cult a chance. The entire concept of "breaking in" isn't appealing to me, but I still haven't heard someone complaining about their Brooks after getting used to it.

I am not sure if I want the Swift or the B-17 (to be butched into a more XXI century looks), but in one way or another, I do need a good source for them.

Anyone can point me into the right direction?

Thank you in advance.

My recommendation would be Wallingford Cycles ie; Wallbike.

They have decent prices and a money back guarantee.

+1 on Wallbike. The prices are a little higher than other places but they have a great return policy and offer excellent customer service. I'll pay extra for those any day of the week.

Kelly's Bar. It's on South Washington Square in Lansing, Michigan. That's where I got my Brooks Professional, and I couldn't be happier.

Nashbar has a B-17 on sale, with a + 20% off coupon, thru Friday.

Hard to beat their guarantee.

p.s. I got one from them for $50 last summer.

Don't use your credit card to buy from them without reading this first. https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...=525441&page=6

Just use one of those virtual, one-time-use cards that most cards allow you to generate now. Even if stolen, not a big deal.

Besides the suggestions listed already, I'll say, "Anywhere." My reasoning is that they sell quickly on Craigslist (or here on BF) if you decide you don't like it -- and you might not even sell it for a loss.

The last one that I bought was from Wallbike. For me the key was product selection because they stock all the models. I wanted to buy a Team Pro S for my wife. Can't find those just anywhere.
