* Heavy duty electronic speed controller
* Instant start throttle control grip
* 48V lead acid batteries
* Nylon waterproof battery case

* Auto "power off" brake system

Looks like a Golden Motors kit.
The wheel/rim looks like it might be much better than the one I got with my kit.
Looks like the hand grip throttle is the same as my original, which is cheap but functional.
(Mine shattered after three months daily use. I replaced with half-grip throttle)
Mine is a 36V controller and battery pack. 48V maybe to fast for your local laws on power-assist bicycles (not Mopeds).
Search for thread on Amped Bikes kits. (Amped Bikes ditched Golden Motors for quality control reasons and now sells a respectable kit.)

I've heard that golden motors hubs are decent, but the rest of the stuff that comes with the kit tend to be a bit on the weak side.
That wheel does look pretty meaty to me, but one can never tell until you have it in hand.
I was thinking of getting a similar kit myself but decided to go ahead & spend some loot & get quality right off & if you read through these forums , you'll see me singing high praise for my BMC hub.
The newest Crystalyte hubs are supposed to be great also, but carry a similar high price tag.
I believe you get what you pay for (but to a limit)
