I think I can't tell anything from that picture.
Adjust seatpost to the correct setting for your leg stroke, and take another picture.
(how tall are you, and what size did you order? The "size 56" has a 52cm c-c seat tube, so they are not labled as per geometry.)

Can't tell well from that picture but it looks more or less right ... at least in the ballpark? It looks like you have plenty of clearance between your crotch and the top tube. You also don't appear to be straining for the bars either.
Unless you are saying it is too small, in which case I will point out that your seat post is completely buried in its tube. Or it appears to be. If anything, the bike looks like it is possibly too small (it appears to be a very very small frame).
