suspension fork on a cyclocross bike?

I have a 'cross bike similar to this one. I'd like to install a 29er fork like this. Can it be possible with the 'cross frame geometry? I'd like this setup for bikecamping with lightweight gear. If not, my other option is to get an old steel mountain bike or a 29er mountain bike and install drop bars. I don't like flat bars.

Are.. are you going to be getting a rear 29er? Or does it have one? Because it will be odd if it doesn't have a rear 29 already..

700c is equivalent to 29er. And there are bikes out there with two wheel sizes.

I meant to say bikepacking. Scratch the suspension fork idea. Since I'm getting Mavic A719's, I'll get some 29er tires. Bigger tires at lower [PSI's] should give me a softer ride. I need to find another fork that'll fit 1.9-2.1 size and honor an integrated headset.

I'd suggest Surly forks, they have just about anything you could want, although I don't know how well they play with integrated headsets.
