Iam Done !
Yappers my whole family and all my friends have told me I look fine iam fit and they are saying I am starting to look to skinny and sick ! SOO I am on to maintain my weight . I went from 371 pounds since last fathers day to 225 pounds as of June 1st of this year and I am ver happy with me and thats what matters IMHO. I will ride as much as ever and eat right the rest of my life ! I am NEVER going back . I lost I think its 146 lbs ! :O)
I will always be a CLYDE and proud of it IF some falls off natural fine if not its all good Iam 6 ft tall 54 yrs YOUNG. I went from a 58 waist to a 42 I had to buy 3 or 4 new wardrobes over the yr and was happy to do it . I will always stay on this site and try to encourage those I can !
I also got off all my diabetic meds I was on 6 pills a day and INSULIN and now nothing I think Iam most proud a that .
So I will ride as much as ever did !! 21 miles tonight after shopping all day with the wife
I just got a new GRAND DAUGHTER last month I wana see her grow up .
I used the livestreong.com site for the last 4 or 5 months and it IMHO really helped me again it worked for me !
One last thing if your trying keep trying if I can do it anyone can And the rewards at the end and on the journey are well worth the hard work .
pipes a clyde forever
No certifcate for me :O( :O)))
I will post a befor and after pic asap when wife has time to up load them for me if anyone really wants to see my ugly self.
I could never a done it without this site and my family and of course my bike . And the fine Folks at Al Petri and Sons LBS in Lincoln Park Michigan est 1946

Mr. Frowny Man
Dude-you are Awesome.
That dailyplate site is a real help, along with physicsdiet.com to track the weight. (it smooths out the average so a bad day doesn't skewer your self esteem-if you are still trending downward than you are doing well).

Congrats! Keep it up, sounds like at your age you could smoke me while riding on I'm soon to be 23. I'm sure you feel 1000x better when you wake up in the morning from a year ago.
I too have recently started using livestrong and the dailplate, hope I get similar results this time next year.
