1pc to 3pc crank

Hi,

I bought a new BMX 2 or 3 months ago, and i have been rebuilding it, it has a one piece crank, and i was wondering how to tell if a Redline 3piece crank will fit into the BB.

Redline Crank

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

It'll fit.

If you've never installed a 3-piece BMX crank before, doing the first one can be a bit of a trip.

Yeah, everything's a press fit.

I put the bearings and the spindle in the freezer for a couple of hours first. That makes it a lot easier to press them into place.

The hardest part is measureing and cutting the little sleeve that fits over the spindle and between the bearings.

Are you referring to the tube spacer?
