Who makes cephas rims?
I recently acquired a Cephas wheel set . Does anyone know which manufacturer made them?
Or maybe someone could possibly tell me where I might find a good Cephas front wheel then I 'll relace it with the rear hub.
They are deep vee and have 24 holes The rear wheel was intentionally damaged. It appears that someone crushed it in a vise.
