145.2 this morning. Only another pound or so to go.

Just keep riding, eating well, drinking water.

260 3/4 at this morning's weigh in. Down another 1 1/4 lbs. Weekend diet still an issue. Father's Day is my excuse.

I am feeling much fitter and losing inches though, so 1-1 1/4 lbs per week is just fine. I'm cranking up the workouts a bit and feeling good.

Scotlandb and I should hit the 250s together this week!

No long rides this week, but lots of short ones. I got grocery bag panniers for Father's Day (as well as some nice cycling socks) so I have been making trips to the grocery store. My trunk bag nicely holds a six pack of beer!

Same goals this week - lose 1-2 lbs, workout everyday possible and ride my bike over 30-40 miles.

This thread helps me stay focused. I don't want to come on here and report bad numbers to you guys.

Ride 11 or 17 miles (length of the respective MUP's here in town) 5 times the next week. If I feel good enough on Saturday or Sunday I'll see about going a little further

Might be a trick or two tho - I MAY be going with friends down to the lake for a camping/boating trip Friday/Saturday; if so I'll have to try really hard to resist campfire grub and beer

198 after ride. Does represent some deH20ation, as temp was 90-95, and I stopped drinking with 10 miles to go but still, it's a milestone especially relative to 293 last mid-May when weather warmed and I decided to ride 6-7 days a week, and give serious daily mileage and weekly hours in the saddle a shot. Biking alone works for weight loss, if you do it right and don't quit til you're the real you you want to be! Then you can exercise moderately to keep a stable weight

Well I think I would have had better weight loss this week if I had not had motivational issues this weekend (started Thursday). Was not good and even can say was bed. Did lose 1lb for the week so weighed in at 259lbs. Other goals were completed - got 33 miles in for week on 2 rides and installed the clipless pedals and practiced Saturday night. Need to practice more though *LOL*
