ANyone know of an easy to use,

online or

not online

Comprehensive, calorie/exercise counting software?

(I.e., can discriminate between calories used by 200 lb person vs 100 lb person on a slow or fast or flat or hilly ride, etc.)

I use www.fitday.com it lets you log most exercise, but doesn't discriminate between hilly or flat. However, it's free.

calorie counter This one is a really comprehensive calculator. It also gives you a lot of information. Again, doesn't discriminate between hills and flats but lets you choose different speeds.

Thanks for the responses.

I downloaded a trial program - but WOW, it seems to take forever on any program to log a meal in!

Okay, I will try fitday.

[EDIT}

Well, I tried Fitday - took me about an hour to put in breakfast and lunch, and then for dinner I went to a salad bar - you know,

carrots
bell pepper
tomatoes
broccoli
lettuce salad
fresh squash
chicken soup
a very small piece of Foccacio Bread with cheese
grapes
watermelon
some nuts on the salad
some croutons in the salad
etc., etc.

I am not even going to try!

I think I will go back to the "Body for Life" 6 meals a day, choose one carbo from a list, one protein from a list, both the size of your fist and all the veggies you would like!

And I will keep track of exercise on ActiveBody, which is real simple!

It has to be simple for me!
