BB Install
I posted in the Kilo TT BikeIsland post about this since that's the frame I'm building but I thought I'd post here too.
Installing brand new Sugino 68 x 103mm BB and I was having trouble installing the non-drive side cup. I tried again, greased it up real good and was wondering if this is 'good enough'. I put a lot of force behind it so hopefully it is.

You don't say what trouble it's giving you.
As long as you torqued the drive side properly, the non-drive side is not that critical. If its one the Shimano plastic jobbies, lay off the torque, you'll crack or strip it.

that's what I thought too but I think it's just the picture. You can see the lip sticking out on all sides of the circle. I think it's good to go. As long as you grease it thoroughly it should be fine.
With Italian threaded BB, though, it can be beneficial to put some loctite on. Those come out a lot more easily.

you forgot one very important thing take the frame to a shop and have the bb and hs faced trust me it will help
