Well, my suggestion would be to go into your nearest LBS that offers Zipp wheels and ask for the custom wheel program. Be prepared to walk out of there with your wallet handed back to you with a smirk.
It is ridiculously expensive.
IF you have lots of money then you can get Zipp wheels in any color.
