I went to the LBS yesterday to pick up a few things.
This is what I came home with.
Is anyone interested in an '08 Felt Z35(54) with approx. 1000 miles??

Looks great - maybe you can get them to change the color. There should be a law that real road bikes can't be white.

Don't oil the chain- don't run though puddles- don't even think of taking it out in the rain. In fact- get a new dust cloth and wrap it up- then put it in a Plastic bag and hang it on the wall in the lounge where the wife will dust it.

Nice choice of bike though but-----------------

Wax.............lots of wax and a good deal of cleaning after rides. It's necessary to suffer so that one may enjoy the best of bike colors.

Easy for the white road bikes..........but my MTB is also white and that requires considerably more effort.

Geez, you bought a bike that matches the front door. Very nice looking ride. When can we expect a ride report?

Don't all good bikes "disappear under you"........so color is irrrelevent. But, this is too sweet a bike to surrender to market hype. What was Mrs. jwh's reaction to a sudden family addition?

Awesome bike - now go back to the lbs to get the things you went there for in the first place. While you are at it, pick up a couple carbon bottle cages. That alum. cage just does not go on a carbon frame bike.

I want to go test ride one but I'm seriously afraid I would like it way to much. Although my wife rides with me and is very understanding I don't think she would go for it. Maybe next year when the 09's are still in the shop and discounted WAY down.

It's like going downhill on level ground.
Seriously, it is the nicest bike I've ever ridden. It's light, quick (when I have the energy) and has a nice ride, not too stiff and not too bouncy. The saddle's got to go. I already ordered a Sella Italia Max Flite for it.

She's the one that talked me into buying it!
If she wasn't with me I would not have come home with it.

Here is your standard garage door picture. I just took it. I haven't had a chance to really clean
it up yet.
I want to get $1200.00. I plan on listing it for $1300.00 and coming down to $1200.00.

White bikes are very nice. A little dirt just shows it is being used. The garage door background is never as good as a well earned mountain background.

I'll put it on Craigs list and see if there's any interest. If not my wife plans on riding next year.
She's recovering from surgery now.
