52D chainring to 53 chainring
I have an Ultegra crankset. It's 6604 triple ice grey with a 52t-D chainring.

Does anyone know if that is compatible with a 53B? I can't seem to find a 53D on their website or at least I couldn't find it.

There is no 53D. The letter designation notates that the shifting aids on the ring are set up in a certain way. You might get away with using a B alongside a D, but then you might not.
But why are you trying to do this? Do you want a taller gear? The solution is to change the cassette. (And if 52-11 isn't tall enough for you, learn to pedal faster.)

Triple chainrings are designed as a matched set. It is possible to replace a single ring but the shifting won't be quite as well. I have a 53 and often wish it was a 52. 53 is overkill.

You could go retro and replace middle and large rings with non-ramped and pinned rings but that would be too much cost for very minimal value plus the shifting would be retro, too.
