Ok I found one of these on CL. Here are the details
vintage durace, radial spoked front wheel, carbon fiber fork, Dupont tri spoked rear wheel (uses clincher tires), hollow pin chain, Mavic pedals, no seat, includes full tune up at time of sale. 16 speed.
He wants 125.00
Is the price fair? Is this a good solid bike? Anything I should know?

I can't tell you anything about the frame or wheels, but I do know that 8 speed Dura Ace has a shifter and rear derailleur cable pull that does not match other 8 speed groups. But if this one is freshly tuned and in good shape it may not be of concern.

anyone know if this is a good price? and it has downtube shifters, are they really that much of a pain on constant shift roads?
is it possible to refit a bike like this w/ integrated shifters?

he put pics up...personally i think it looks beautiful...the only thing that would be odd to me is the mismatch wheels, but he would give me the original spoke wheel as well...
