Miyata Street Runner

Hello.

I just picked up a Miyata Street Runner.

chromo frame
26" wheels

Can anyone tell me more about this bike? I think is was around 1984.

I'll paste in a pic of the same model, till I get a shot uploaded myself.

The Street Runner was produced in both 1984 and 1988. If it's identical to the pic, then it is a 1984 model.

Thanks for the note, here are pics of my actual bike.

These are the "before" pics, we'll see how it cleans up.

Should clean up well enough, would make an excellent porteur.

ya - wish it fit me, but I got a plan in mind where I might swap it for something that works for me and fascinates me, and at the same time, gives this bike a nice home it deserves. It'd be a great commuter for sure.

Sorry Gerald, missed one year. It's actually appears to be a 1985 model.
