Dallas: Texas Tough Grand Prix Thursday, Sept. 17th,
TX Tough Grand Prix II (Thursday, Sept. 17th, 6:40PM) - Some of the world’s top professional cyclists will compete in what is known as a criterium or “crit,” reaching speeds of up to 50 miles per hour as they navigate through the streets around Victory Park and American Airlines Center for more than 75 minutes (60+ laps). The TX Tough Grand Prix II is the only professional bike race produced in Texas and the final showdown before the USA CRITS series finale in Las Vegas.

Planning on it.
Last year was good, even with a few logistical issues (not enough lights on some stretches) but it was overall a great time. Turn 4 proved to be iffy on the last few laps and I saw several riders down on that turn, so hope they cleaned up those issues in the road before this year's race.

I don't normally get concerned about bike racing, but I went by last year and watched this race, and it was pretty neat.
