Hello. are you trying to remove a cassette or the indivual cags from a freewheel?
to remove a cassette:
1 insert lockring tool into lockring and loosely reinsert skewer to hold in place.
2 apply the whip so you would be turning it clockwise (right)
3 apply wrench to lockring tool and turn counterclockwise to loosen
there were some early (late '80s vintage) cassette hubs that the last cogs screwed on to lock it inbto place. these are very obvious to identify from the lack of a lockring.
but pics are always good

Perhaps if you formed an actual question with a complete sentence in some reasonable form of the english language many of us like operator would be willing to give helpfull ansers?
