"mini fixed gear?"
i saw one of these at a local fixed bike store, and it sort of looks like a cross between a folding geometry and a road geometry, i was wondering what its called...or what the frame is, or even if i could build one myself

It's the Sillgey Piccolo. It's not a folder like the Dahon mini-velos, though.
