pvc-made front rack ?

I seen some front bicycles racks like on amazon and other bicycles sites but since i have usable material at my disposal i want to make one but i want to see if anyone " made one / built a front rack " for a bicycles ether from pvc or any other material

Never built one, but I'm not sure that pvc would be my first choice for a structure that had to bear weight and endure shock.

This is what i want to use

1 Inch PVC pipes and fitting and a donor bmx bike now i can get the material but not a free bmx but i still trying my luck

PVC gets brittle with exposure to UV and heat so it would not be a good choice I would expect.

I made my own front rack. I used steel and a welder though.
