Regrease?

i think its time to paint my bike....i have gotten everything needed.....ive taken it apart and i was wondering if i should use WD-40 and de grease everything to get any junk out and regrase it when i put the bike back together after paint? comments would be apreciated

I strongly recommend it. If you are pulling your bike apart anyway, then it is the best time to completely degrease everything you can with WD-40 and heavily grease all bearings, lightly grease all metal to metal connection points, and tri-flow all untouchable connection points.
