Want to buy new bike need help

Hi i am looking to buy a hardtail mountain bike from 250-450 pounds

Don't know if you would be able to get cir-clips for the levers but new levers can be had for less than £20 a pair.

Be wary of those new parts he has put on. Never heard of the forks and at £200 would not be much. Bike Might be worth £200 but the amount the current owner has spent on it means that the bike must have been unridable when he got it. Sounds like a bike that had been well used- but try the thing out before handing over any money.

The bike at the link you provided is not a hard-tail.

HERE are all the used hard-tail's I could find on UK eBay for between 100-450 pounds. You didn't state what size you're looking for, so you'll have to weed through the list.
