My daughter is interested in racing bmx, and I want to get her rigged up proper. She is 9 years old, 4'6 and has a 22" inseam. Obviously the lighter the better when it comes to racing. However, I could use some direction on what size frame will fit her...mini, junior, expert,etc... Dont really have any bmx dealers in the immediate area, and I need a starting point.

I think I would probably go with a junior. After looking at a few sites, the Juniors' standover heights were just under 22", and you want her to be able to touch the ground. But some bikes are sized differently so even a small expert might a fit her. It's easiest to go to a bike shop or the local track to find out what size she should be riding.
