Primalwear, any good?

So I have been looking around to pick up a few Jerseys and I might even pick up some shorts. I do not need any really high end super expensive stuff and was wondering if anyone would recommend Primal Wear as they are not too expensive and look pretty cool.

I love Primal Wear stuff ... but only have one Primal Wear jersey: Tropical Princess ...

It's the purple sleeveless I'm wearing in a number of these photos:

I like my PW jersey. No idea on shorts, as I fell in love with my LG bibs.

Never tried primalwear but then I am happy with my Giordana range of clothing. Not cheap but they are comfy.

You find a make eventually that you like and you stay with it. Never heard any adverse reports on PW but buy them and give a report on them.

I have Jerseys by Primal, Voler, Canari, AXO, and the house brands for Specialized and Performance. I have Bibs from Giant, Voler and Rock racing.

I tend to order jerseys and bibs in Club cut rather than race cut because I don't have a race cut body. While all of the above jerseys fit well the Voler and AXO seem to be cut a bit larger. I could order one size smaller in either of them. The AXO in a MTB jersey as is the Specialized so that makes sence that they have a looser fit. The Voler is a club cut and fits a bit more relaxed as well. The Canari and Primal are a bit more form fitting for the same size. All of them have held up well and I would buy from any of the manufacturers again. I like the deep rear pockets of the Primal wear and Voler the best because of how well the pockets stay closed.

My Rock Racing bibs may be the most comfortable but they all fit well and haven't given me any problems.

Primal Wear is fine. It gets a bad rap for "trying too hard" with all the gimmicky graphics on some of their stuff, but the product itself is adequate.

Resurecting this thread from a year old. But i was wondering if the chamois are any good in Primal Wear? I am looking to replace my kit with another full kit (not just another black pair of shorts and a nice top) and I dont want to buy a team kit and I am hesitant to wear a LBS kit. Most of the other brands are either too expensive or they dont fit. I saw the 2011 pearl izumi is nice but their website is not up-to-date and the LBS didnt have much in stock. I am looking for something with red and or black/white in it. my Bike is silver with red accents. Any suggestions?

I have a few of the jerseys, they work fine. I like the 3/4 zipper on them, the only thing better is the full zipper on some of the Assos jerseys.

Some of the PW jerseys can be loud but I feel that way some days.

I never tried the shorts, I think that the matching shorts are just too geeky for me. Kinda like the Lite beer commercial and the guy with his matching dragon outfit.
