Kudos for da Vinci service
I just wanted to put in a yet another good word for the fine folks at da Vinci. I bought a new Joint Venture a couple of hundred miles from home, brought it home and realize that I really wanted the three-hole stoker cranks. I was ready to just order them, but called just to see if they'd exchange them instead. Sure enough, provided they were not seriously marred (a reasonable condition), DV were happy to swap the crank arms. I realize this is not a surprise to the community, but I was just so very impressed with this level of service. I got my new cranks today.

Todd is the best, no doubt.
I'd buy another bike from them in a second. Only problem is that the one tandem I did buy from da Vinci will likely never wear out and never need to be replaced!
