Last thread I could find was 08 before the ride. I messed up and didn't register for the Wine Country Century so I'm thinking of this one. Only a week after the Tierra Bella, but my wife and I will do the 100K of the TB on our tandem. Understand wind (and maybe some heat) is a possibility.
We're doing the tandem rally up there this weekend so I should be able to gather some additional G2.

We did it in 08. 07 was rain, 08 was warm, bordering on hot.
Here are my two blog entries on the rides

Last year - the weather was mild.
About 5K climbing, all in the first half; there's a 900 ft warmup, the "epic" Honey Run, about 1900 ft, and the back of Table Mountain. The rest is bumps.
Food, sights, and company is good.
I'm doing it again, on account o' I live here.
See you!

I rode it in 2008 and came away with my favorite double T shirt of all time. It was a nice century but way too many people for my tastes. Some horrendous pavement near the start but otherwise fast, hot and very crowded rest stops.
