I like to play on rocks! (PICS)
Headed out to go play near the apt. yesterday. had a great time working on my clip in skills (I have a long way to go) I also rode with is guy who is absolutely amazing! Yup time to work on my skills! Looking forward to next time, felt great getting out!

We weren't alone. Two them. Couldn't tell if they were mt. kitties or bobcats. Aaron thought maybe coyotes, but their nose was too short.

Yours do look a little dirtier than the snow pics you posted a while back. But if you look at your buddy's sidewalls in the first pic, they look spitshine black! Maybe it's that my tires go through more dirt while you ride lots of rocks?
Do you clean your tires? I don't. The rims every so often, the frame is kept somewhat clean but the drivetrain is cleaned and lubed after every ride (runs better and quiet that way

Those are great shots. I'm dying to get back to Colorado to ride something like that when i go back to visit the family. Looks like a good time had by all.

Very cool riding, I think I'm way too much of a lumox to ever play in rocks like that (at least if I wanna keep my teeth and various limbs intact).
This is an old, but super cool and helps me believe we're a long way from finding the limit of what humans can do on bicycles... Your video reminded me of this.

I agree. I bought mine back in 2001 in college, when I actually had somewhere to mountain bike. Now they are abused on fine gravel trails, but never again! I am going to order some Michelin Country Rock tires for the canal path riding. They are pretty inexpensive, and I really dont need agressive tires. But Ill keep the fire xc pro on the LX rims in case I do an offroad or long trip (no flats ever with them, I trust them)
