Cheap bikes from the east or ripoff

I came across this site: https://eastlinestore.com/index.php?productID=232

Would you trust it? I did not, and decided to bank on the LBS - but I wonder if it is legit?

I wouldn't trust them. That price, without shipping, is about 25% of the MSRP. Something definately is wrong.

They have the Bianchi Pico Crono for $2K. That's a $5,000 bike.
Buy one and tell us how it goes.

Looks like you found the Jack Pot! To bad I can't just buy Zipp 404's for $200 bucks from them!

Did anyone else notice this statement:

"This product is downloadable. You will be able to download it right after you place the order and submit payment (23 Kb)"

No wonder they are so cheap. No shipping cost, you just down load the bike and print it out.

I emailed the company - Curiosity - the "president of marketing" returned the email, and tried to become a FB friend: https://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/...00000796570193

Priceless.
