Shimano cranks on Campy bb? (both square type)

I'm building up a beater. My frame needs an italian bb and the only ones my LBS has for a reasonable price are Campy Centaur. I dug out an old square-tapered type Shimano 105 crankset from the basement. Can I use a Campy bb and the Shimano cranks? Would it even fit?
Thanks!

The taper is the same 2*,but the campy starts and ends smaller in cross section. The shimano cranks will go on too far and bottom out. Can't you'r lazy LBS order the proper one in italian thread?

Yeah, square taper Shimano bb's are not that expensive, even Italian.

Exactly which model of 105 crank is it? 1055,1056, or 1057? This will determine what spindle length you need. Once you know that, the price will range from $17 - $27 + shipping online.
