I have been looking around for disc options for my frame which has 110mm spacing. I haven't been able to find anything other than 120. In Osaka the LBS told me I could use an axel conversion kit but it would only cut the difference down by 5 or 6mm or so. I don't want to stretch my frame even if it is only 5mm. I haven't been able to find anything via search, just 110 hub discussions and a lot of stem discussions.

Any suggestions other than not using a rear disc? I was hoping I could find an older HED with this spacing but no luck as of yet.

That's only 2.5mm a side... why not, exactly?

110mm spacing is NJS spacing, and NJS doesn't allow disc wheels. ergo, it's unlikely anyone has ever bothered making a 110mm disc wheel.

Its all relative to the type of hub. Some hubs can easily be narrowed by 5mm per side while others cannot. If the wheel has wide hubs flanges you may NOT be able to remove 5mm from the drive side without the lockring hitting the frame.

Its an NJS spacing now but I read that in general track frames used to be spaced at 110. Hence my post here. I don't want to stretch the frame for the same reason I wouldn't wear a pair of shoes a size down. I can't imagine it being very god for the frame. I will continue my search!

When they were generally spaced 110, disc wheels didn't exist.
When was the first disc wheel? Early 80s maybe late 70s? Even then they weren't specifically for track.
