Bikes: Giant NRS 2 Manitou Skareb front w/ Fox AVA R rear

I have seen this in a couple of video's (Superheros II, Ride the Lightning), and am wondering how to do it. Also another question is i can get up in my wheelies by once i am up, i can't hold it for very long because i either quit pedaling cause i will touch back down, or spill on my back.

Front wheelies, use front brake. Normally wheelies keep pedaling and if your gonna go over the back, Lightly modulate tyhe back, but it a wheelie the pedaling kees you u, so don't stop.

guy i ride with is a stoppie freak. he does them all the time and is pretty good at them now. even with MArzocchi MX comps and dodgy brakes he has no real issue. for the life of me i cant do one.
