Al Seatpost in TI Frame
When installing an Aluminum (Thomson elite) seatpsot in a Titanium frame is it necessary to use antisieze grease or is there a more appropriate compound?

I had a CP Ti frame (Teledyne Titan) that I built ca 1976, rode for a few thousand
miles then it hung from the rafters til 1998 when I decided to resurrect it . Had
trepidations about the seat post but it slid right out. It had a light coat of car lube
on it and FWIW the frame is anodized. I have since put 9000miles on the frame.

As it turns out the frame has an Aluminum insert in the seatpost so a little Bel Ray waterproof grease is what I used.
