do you have better pics of the Bianchi in your posting? also do you have any pics of the Mondiale mentioned in the title?
the pic is rather dark but judging from the decals, the suntour (Quattro?) RD and the Modolo (Quattro?) brakes it looks like an '89/'90 Campione de Italia.
an '86 Mondiale would have different decals, and be equipped with Campi Super Record and an SL not Formula 2 frame.
a '89 CdI sold new for about $620. if the torn seat is an indication of the overall condition I would say it is worth about $200 nif it is ridable.

are you looking and talking about a '86 or '89 Monfiale? there are differences. to me the pic in your posting does not look like either one. do you have better pics?

the tubing decals on the frame and fork, crankset, deraileurs, and brakes. are the derailleurs Suntour or Campi?

i couldnt find my camera cord so cell phone pics was the best i could do.
looks like derailleur and crankset was replaced ? it is now quattro anyhow (was quattro when i bought in 07). shifters are shimano105's it looks like those could be original (guessing).

I suspect perhaps the shifters were upgraded, does this have a shimano cassette or freewheel? a shimano cassette or freewheel may have been added to make it shift better. are the cranks Ofmega Quattro aswell?
again IMHO judging by the style of Bianchi decals, the silver Columbus CroMor, decal and the Quattro this is a '89 or '90 Campione De Italia
a Mondiale from that era would have a frame of either Bianchi Special tubing, SL or SLX.

it could be but the dropouts are rather short so it is not the best candidate for a SS conversion. if it a '89 CdI and judging from the pics I have seen yes about $200
