Bell tires.....you suck
I replaced the flat and worn tire i had both with bell products, The innertube was ok, not the best quality, but it was a quick fix, and will get be back on lmy bike, but the tire was the stiffest, most unflexable piece of s*** i have ever used. i dont think i will ever use bell tires again, and it squeaks so much!!!!

Where did you buy them at? Target? Walmart?
I hope you didn't get that crap at a bike shop.
Stop being cheap and get real tires when you wear these out.

I had a set on my touring bike with 27" wheels a while ago. The kevlar, Bell "Roadsters."
Rode like a buffalo knee-deep in mud, sure. But they were indestructible and cheap.

that's what you get for shopping at big box stores. think https://www.ted.com/talks/mark_bittma...at_we_eat.html but with tires, instead of food.

bell anything... you suck
(except children's helmets, they seem to handle those okay... of course how quality do you have to be to handle a fall when you're only 2 ft tall?)

yeah, because the ownership totally dictates the quality.
i have yet to see easton and giro stuff available at big box stores. bell is good for helmets, and bells, and even horns. tires are rubber and quality rubber costs a lot of money.

the only reason i bought crap products, is because i really wanted to get back on my bike. So i was willing to spend 4 dollars on new tires and innertube. And right now, im low on cash, so i can afford like a 15 dollar innertube, and like a 25 dollar tire.

I consider a 25 dollar tire a 'budget tire' I'll go t the co-op and get a worn down decent tire for 8 bucks before I go to the level of a 4$ tire

Bell obviously is not good for actual bike parts, I mean I would never use their stuff on my main bike. But for stuff like helmets, bags, etc I own and enjoy there low cost products. Got a nice helmet by them off nashbar for like 10 bucks.

You're right, those Bell helmets sure are crap. Can't imagine any serious rider wearing one.
Seriously though, Bell... not for tires. I'd buy those from a company that actually specializes in making tires, think Continental, Michelin, Vittoria, Schwalbe.
