Bontrager Node 2 Computer

Just picked one up, although they seem to continually running low on stock (even the trek site was out)

https://bontrager.com/model/08205

The reaon i picked up the node 2 is for a few main reasons

1. ANT+ wireless
2. Altitude
3. Includes the heart rate sensor (Node 1 it must be purchased separately, and makes up most of the cost differential)
4. I didnt need the ability to download info
5. Really nice big display
6. it reads a power meter if i get one...

I took it out for the first 30 mile spin today and it works like a charm! All in all, I thought it was a good choice. Figured i'd share my good luck with this device

Anyone else have more miles on one of these? Any other reviews?

I've had mine since December and love it. Easy to use - lots of data, BIG display. It did go through a battery already though...I guess that big display has a price!

Any updates? How has it worked over the past couple months? Any issues?

I am considering the Bontrager Node 2 Computer with the DuoTrap sensor.

Does the ANT+ on the Node 2 pick up a Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor? I'd like to use it for the stoker on my Garmin-equipped tandem.

Got my Node 2 a few weeks ago and this thing is AWESOME. All the features mentioned above are why I bought it and I also don't need to save things to my computer. I don't have the speedtrap sensor just the normal kind that go on the forks and the crank but it works like a dream. I am a clyde so the heart strap has to be open as wide as it goes but it also works fine. I also like the ANT+ as it will work with any sensor that is ANT+ so if I get a stationary bike for winter all I need to do is add the sensor to it. If you looking for a nice computer and you don't need to put the info on your computer to store the data take a look at this one.
