1 1/8" threaded steerer

Does anyone sell a 1 1/8" steel threaded steerer tube or do they just thread it themselves?

Yeah, thats the first thing I thought but suprisingly there are plenty out there not to mention a few quill stems for 1 1/8" steerers. Not sure this is the setup we are going to use but its for a touring bike and they mentioned they would maybe like to use a quill but they definately want a
1 1/8" steel steerer.
