Reasonably Priced w/Disc Brakes & Internal Gear Hub?
Anyone know of a reasonably priced folding bike with disc brakes and an internal gear hub? If not and someone is willing to make one for NYC metro area delivery I'd be willing to buy. Thank you in advance for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

The front suspension Downtubes have front disc brake tabs. So if you get an IGH model you can easily add a front disc brake.
I don't think you're going to find anything more reasonably priced than that as bikes with wide range internal hubs and disc brakes both tend to be expensive.

Many manufacturers shy away from putting disc brakes on because of the chance that you'll dent or warp the rotors as you fold and unfold the bike.
Not a folder, but here's a small wheeled bike:

Perhaps they added discs because it doesn't fold(?)

Here's a link to someone who did it here, but a non-internal gear version.
