Campag Record brake pad removal

Hi

I want to swap my Record pads for Zipp pads. It seems very difficult to get the Campag blocks out of the shoes! Does anyone have any tips on how to do this easily?
Does anyone know of another type of shoe that will take the Campag Record (post 2000) brake pads - if so then it will be better for me to have 2 sets of shoes and simply swap these when I change wheel sets.
I'd prefer this than using the Zipps all the time.

Many thanks to anybody that can help me on this one!
