Hi, am new
Am a 45 yr old guy who has been riding for 14 weeks. I ride a bike called "country trekker" i think it
is a road bike. I ride for pleasure and to maintain my health. My immediate target is to ride a 30km
stretch but am still recovering from a sore inner thigh i acquired in Jan '10 from improper use of
gears on a 20km trip in a hilly region. Hope to avoid such errors in future with the help of my new
friends on this forum. Thanks
