Scuse me but I don't get it. Do they have a real Twitter feed or just a psuedo feed using a forum thread? Now with a real Twit we could keep each other updated to our every move via smartphones.

This is a pseudoTwitter feed. I opened a Twitter account so I could follow Palin, but all I get is "Hi, my name is Natasha" from "HotRussianBrides".

I fed a tweedy bird today and he ate my soul afterward. I then crushed the little sucker and got it back.

Twitter can actually be useful. A friend of mine snaps up heavily discounted airline tickets to Hawaii from time to time. She hears about them by subscribing to a Twitter feed. It's also one of the few effective ways of getting your complaints responded to by a company's customer service department. Quite a few larger corporations have someone on staff who runs the company's Twitter feed and takes care of problems.

Just got in from a 64 mile ride; half of it in very light rain.

Took the grandkids to the park, and along came a half-dozen Masterbladers. Wanted to yell "that's just so wrong" but decided not to hate on them on Sunday. I'm sure they hear it enough anyway.

There's been a modest breakthrough in my riding. I rode 38 miles today and still feel like I have some leg left. 600 miles in the past 2 months. I'm slow but I'm getting better at it.

No ride today. Bike is clean and tuned and ready for BRAG next week. Burgers, hotdogs and veggies from the grill were great. Grilled asparagus is incredible! New Belgium's Skinny Dip Ale is a perfect summer brew.

Courtesy of some dumb yahoo in Tennessee, I had to sit down and explain to my youngest daughter that, no, we were NOT going to send her back to Russia, no matter how annoying she got. That was the low point of an otherwise nice day.
