Fyxation dual compounds for my Bridgestone

I have a 1988 Bridgestone RB-2 that i have converted to single speed. I want to try a set of fyxations dual compound tires on it (in orange) to try and avoid flats and work some of the crappy roads around here. However i am worried as to whether or not they will fit. Does anyone know? I have looked all around Sheldon's page but haven't found anything on it (maybe i missed it?) Anyone know? Also who's enjoyed the dual compounds by fyxation?

Thanks in advance,
and Lord, if you're listening, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!

Which size tire's do you have on it now?
I think the fyxation may fit on the back, and you may need something like GatorSkin on the front

I also wanted to try Fyxation, but never heard any reviews/ seen them on bikes.

fyxation tires are, IMO, VERY good tires. very comfy smooth ride, good traction on turns.

cons: pricey, and although they are all 700x28c, they are much more like 700x32c.

Maybe i will put a fyxation on the back and a continental grandprix 4000 on the front. Speaking of which, does anyone know the difference betweeen the continental grand prix 4000 and 4000s?
