Womens Fleetwing Delux Roadbike?

Hi all,

Can someone please give me advise with regards to purchasing this bike. I can't find any information on this make online and my neighbour is offering to sell me one for $155 (USD).

These are the specs and hopefully I can get a picture up here:

10 speed
49 cm frame
Special Hi Tension Tubing
New CST super HP tires 27x1 inch
Shimano gears

Is this bike good value for money? Much appreciate your help.

No. For the same money, you can go to walmart and get a brand new one of similar quality.

The raleigh is certainly a better frame, but for 190 you can get a much nicer used bike, I would think. Ask your local bike shop if they have anything decent in your price range.
