cyclocross frame
I was thinking about what it would take to build a Cx bike as far as rear tire clearance. bent CS's, wider BB shell, or what? I'm sure that a MTB BB will have incorrect angles for a Cx.
Or does a standard road BB have enough clearance?
I know I am getting ahead of myself, but I was just curious and couldn't seem to find any info on it.
Thanks.

I guees it depends- usually when you hear someone say "I want a cross frame" they are looking for something closer to a mtb than a real cyclocross bike. But the answer to your question is yes, a standard BB will work.....for the TRUE cross frame.
