Vintage Triple Chainring Setup Question

My girlfriend has a late 70's Claud Butler mixte with a TA triple spanning all the way from 52 to 26, and a 14-28 5 speed block in the back.

What would be an appropriate, mechanically and "period," front and rear derailleur setup for this bike? The Huret Duopar is one I've been considering for the rear - would that be able to handle such a wide range? As far as the front, I'm at a complete loss.

Thanks for any information.

Huret long cage Jubilee or Duopar (looks like you currently have a Huret shifters and Eco rd), or a Campy Rally would match the current fd. BTW, very nice bike... I think we're going to need more pics!
